The Sacred Valley has been a popular destination for years because of Machu Picchu, but there is so much beauty to explore beyond that. Sunday we will visit Pisaq which is known for it’s wonderful market where you can buy beautiful crafts and Peruvian cuisine. “The Pisaq ruins located east of Cusco tell a story of superb masonry and sophisticated design, leaving anybody in awe of the greatness of the Inca Empire”.

Cusco and Sacred Valley has a subtropical highland climate. October is considered Spring and is a great time to visit the area! This time of year provides an ideal temperature for daytime comfort and hiking. Its climate is generally dry and temperate in October with days up to 60-65 F, and chilly evenings around 45-50 F. Layers are always best.
