After leading three successful wellness retreats, Christy Morgan (vegan chef, author, fitness trainer and yoga teacher) started Blissed Out Retreats to offer unique, affordable experiences in magical locations across the world. She believes that travel is a necessity for a blissful life and shouldn't be a luxury. You'll find our experiences are unlike any retreat out there. Packed full of love and fun, cultural experiences, movement & educational activities, gourmet plant-based meals, with plenty of free time to recharge, you'll experience bliss all with your health and well-being in mind.

christy-morganChristy Morgan, 37, has been tantalizing taste buds for years as a vegan chef, cooking instructor, food writer, health educator, and author of Blissful Bites. She is your experience designer and guide for Blissed Out Retreats. Her mission is to show that a whole foods vegan diet can be delicious, easy and will bring more energy and bliss into your life! Although Christy has been practicing yoga since 1998, she became obsessed with all kinds of fitness post-30. She became a NASM certified personal trainer in 2014 and got her yoga teacher certification in 2015, which helped connect the dots of optimal health and wellness.

Healthful food and movement together create the recipe for optimal health. Traveling the world makes it that much better!
