I would go on every single retreat that’s offered if I could! The schedule included everything I have ever wanted to do & more. The meals were absolutely amazing! We had several non-vegans on the retreat and they enjoyed the food too. Everything about the resort was beautiful and the staff was kind and accommodating. Christy was magnificent in her role as guide/leader and full of a fun…We felt well taken care of, even though many had never been in a remote jungle so far away from home. Christy is a well educated in many areas of fitness, exercise physiology, yoga & nutrition. People of all levels will fully enjoy her classes. Christy Morgan, 38, has been tantalizing taste buds for almost 16 years as a vegan chef, cooking instructor, food writer, health educator, and author of Blissful Bites. She is your experience designer and guide for Blissed Out Retreats. Her experience in the health and wellness field as well as extensive travel across the world (over 38 countries!) gives you an unbeatable chance to learn from the best.
